Founder & Managing Partner

Mr. Miller is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Walt Miller Group. Walt was the first recruiter in NYC to establish and develop the Compliance Search Specialty. He specializes in the placement of Senior Compliance Professionals and Attorneys with Financial Institutions. Mr. Miller has provided the highest quality consulting services for Compliance and Legal Executive Searches since 1982.

During his distinguished career, Walt has successfully completed hundreds of search assignments for premier Wall Street Investment Banks, Broker/Dealers, Money Manager/Hedge Funds and other financial service companies in New York City, Connecticut, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, San Francisco, Bermuda, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. He enjoys very strong relationships with many pre-eminent Financial Institutions both nationally and worldwide.

Bob Miller

Director of Research

As Director of Research, Mr. Miller coordinates the Group's research efforts and maintains our comprehensive database.

Bob specializes in the placement of mid-level and junior Compliance Professionals and Attorneys with Financial Institutions. He has more than 10 years of experience as a Compliance and Legal Search Consultant and has successfully completed searches for top tier financial institutions in New York, Connecticut, Boston, Philadelphia and Chicago.

Prior to becoming a Compliance Search Consultant, Mr. Miller had a successful career in the financial services industry as a Project Manager for a top tier Wall St. firm.
